Roma is a papercut artist, painter and illustrator from Melbourne Australia.

This website offers a look at Roma's unique styles across a range of mediums.

Silhouettes and intricate patterning, observed and imagined has become a hallmark throughout her work. 

'There is an element of story in everything I do. Themes have been around my observations of contemporary life in urban Australia. Currently I am working on a series of papercuts about the Southern Ocean of Victoria.'



Roma graduated in 1975 with a Diploma of Art and Design: Painting from Prahran College of Advanced Education (Melbourne)

Community Artist

Roma has worked as a community artist teaching drawing and painting to adults and primary and secondary school children for many years in after school programs and art material suppliers. Currently she is teaching at Box Hill Community Arts Centre and Wonga Park Community Cottage in Melbourne.


Roma is a member of the international group Papaer Artists Collective
